International Entertainment Industry Intensive Workshops are hosting a series of 7 consecutive 1 hour dance Performance Workshops and in the 2nd hour teaching Industry Intensive Workshops for those wanting more knowledge navigating internationally in the entertainment industry.

"Hi! I'm Joanne Herrera creator and founder of Ladies Love Heels. I have been been teaching dance for over 20 years and have learnt alot from being a focused and grinding professional dancer. I love spreading my knowledge and techniques from teaching at my dance studio in Australia. In LA I finally stepped out of my comfort zone and taught class in Los Angeles, You could say I'm a dancer creating choreography more as a creative artist doing whatever they can to create the perfect visual. With a music background in Classical Music and growing up with a father who played basketball, who was totally into 80's rock music, who loves The Platters and George Michael and an engineer mother who was an all-rounder completed her masters always disco dancing queen and entered beauty pagents performing Flashdance and Tina Turner her 80's fashion never failed as I always would go into her closet and borrow vintage adidas sweaters, black ankle boots and her red leather jacket dressing like the girl in Michael Jackson's "The Way You Make Me Feel"! I used to wake up early every Saturday morning and any other kid would watch cartoons while I just wanted to watch the Top 100 Music Charts growing up watching Rage and Video Hits. Music and fashion have always been intertwined and while growing up music was always around me.
Ladies Love Heels is not only a open dance class I like to give people direction in a way to help give a better performance through acting and concepts and giving them confidence and applying it to everyday situations by going the extra mile and actually performing to be the best they can be. Being confident, but also being present and flawless at the same time. I also like to teach open classes Lyrical Hip Hop, and Hip Hip to explore different moods and technique. 90% of auditions I go to require wearing heels and sometimes asked to do a turn into a turning jete and sometimes even breakdance. Any performing artist will train, rehearse and smash a performance in heels. Give a lady a pair of heels and she has the power of being a real woman by walking and making an impression."
